And people say he acts like a douchebag? He's too humble to even say what his favorite lyrics he's written are

Someone please remember him that he's the one who wrote Only Ones Who Know, 505, Cornerstone and Do Me a Favour.

I knew he'd say Arabella. Those lyrics are so good. "Her lips are like the galaxy's edge, and her kiss the color of a constellation falling into place"

I felt a little sad when he said, "I don't know, does anyone even wanna know what I think about it?" Like underneath all the leather jacket and hair gel, he's still the same kid who's too afraid to share his lyrics to his bandmates out of fear that they'll take the mick out of him.

it's funny he questioned if anybody was actually curious about that because one of the main reasons i listen to Arctic Monkeys is because of the lyrical content. it's modern poetry put to a catchy tune, and i adore it.

“She walked away, well her shoes were untied. And the eyes were all red you could see that we cried, and I watched and I waited til she was inside, forcing a smile and waving goodbye”-Do Me A Favour hands down best lyrics he’s ever written

"But I crumble completely when you cry"- 505
and "Be cruel to me, cause I'm a fool for you." -Suck it and See
I love these lines as much as I like him singing these lines.
