Great video Daz and I couldn’t agree more these so-called payed for girlfriends and entertaining money requests is a rabbit hole you really don’t wanna to find yourself going down. That sir "never" ends well.

Food is a big consideration and you're exactly correct. I primarily eat beef, butter, bacon, eggs, pork, poultry, seafood and fish. I also eat some low carb leafy greens, bamboo shoots and the like. All of these are readily available and very inexpensive if you cook at home. I love Thai street food, but seed oils are always a concern so I only eat it on occasion. It really is inexpensive to live here compared to elsewhere.

Nice beach .. 🏖️ A good list that’s pretty accurate Daz .. Been here in northern Pattaya for 2 months now having moved from bkk .. condo 9000b 35 sqm , first electric bill was 310b 😅.. water 70b …. ( some Juristics it can vary) , cook half the week , doing ok on 40,000b , have savings as emergencies.. always yes best to be prepared for unexpected costs , glasses, dentists, hospital outpatients..phone
