Smashed 45 mins weight training, then I did 13 min skipping non stop and then I did 12 rounds shadow boxing 1 min rest. All this on a empty stomach fasted state, I'm thrilled and proud. But of course probably be tad different getting hit in the face lol, but still good though! I've only got back to cardio month ago

I went 12 rounds today on my 300 pound heavy bag . Not kidding . Was exhausted last 2 rounds but I made sure I had 200 punches even in the last 2 rounds

I gassed at round 5. Boxing Cardio is interesting because it is not like running cardio...My lungs were fine but my muscles just gave out. Felt all wobbly. lol. Oh well, next time though...

Con este video, bajé 6 kilos en tres meses; haciendo sombra. Cada round era un diferente golpe, con pesitas de un kilo y medio. En los descansos hacia 7 respiraciones profundas. Si comes harinas todos los días, ahora come tres veces a la semana. Se trata de ser constante, yo lo hacía un día si, otro no; pero sigue ese ritmo, se constante. Los días que no hacía sombras... Caminaba 40 minutos en el mismo horario que hacía sombras... No es difícil, simplemente dedícate más tiempo a ti, y menos al internet...
