The last 15 minutes is exhausting watching Ben and Charlie trying to navigate the conversation 😂

These young guys have a lot to learn. Good hearts but very naive with their rainbow and butterfly solutions. They would do well in actively listening to Jordans advice 'You can't help people that can't help themselves'. I know this to be true. We value most what we work hard for.

Love you work guys and your content is one of my favourite! This was a great episode and for all the people like me who’ve been listening for a while, I’m sure they can also feel the momentum this podcast is generating. However, one thing I notice when you have guests and could be a focus area for continual improvement.

When a point of debate begins to be extrapolated; your very similar opinions on issues begin to become glaringly obvious, sometimes to the detriment of the conversation.

You clearly talk a lot and instantly understand the context and subcontext of the others opinions and therefore steer the conversation in that direction, all the while working in tandem. At times it felt like both of you were trying to make one point and took in turns cutting off Jordan because he wasn’t actually addressing the key detail in the way you both instantly knew the other wanted of him.

It can make for tough listening at times and feels as though it was 2v1. I’ve notice this issue to be very common when you have an ‘alpha male’ type and you both are clearly trying to address something that is that one layer below where they believe the conversation is taking place. Maybe at times one of you really needs to take an objective backseat and almost meditate the conversation, trying to ease the guest into the level that you want to discuss at.

Hope you find this to be constructive, and maybe I’m an outlier and it’s something not to worry about. This comes from a place of wanting the best for the podcast and attempting to assist you in delivering what I perceive to be the best content possible.

Mitch, 27, Melbourne, Australia

Haha the Grant - Belfort debate helped my channel too. You guys are a true example of how to interview. I wish all of the YouTubers who claim to be good at interviews took a class from you guys. Always rational, always caring about clarification before assumptions, and always making sure you understand before you are understood. Great job guys, was enjoyable to listen to.

You guys missed one obvious question, "Do you think that prison is a good social program?".

“You can’t help people who want to be helped” something Charlie & Ben don’t consider in the homeless debate. There are tons of homeless people who choose to be homeless because they enjoy it more than living by the rules of society and being productive.

Awesome to see people actually listening to each other on both sides of the table

Second to the last topic was really interesting. Charlie and Ben seemed idealistic debating against Jordan's experience.
