  My girlfriend has super bad insomnia. Her brain just doesn't want to shut off. I tried everything to get her to sleep. And then I remembered this video from a year ago....it worked like a charm. Thank you so much for uploading.

  I have bad anxiety and have been dealing with a lot, my grandmother has been diagnosed with brain cancer. This helps me with my middle school struggles as a 12 year old girl. love this! :virtualhug:

  I was in the middle of a panic-attack and I couldn't think about anything else besides my pain and fear and questionable worries, then I remembered about this video, that I used to watch when feeling nervous, and after ten/fifteen minutes of watching I started feeling better and smiled for this funny thing called "life". I just wanted to sincerely thank you for recording, uploading and just thinking of doing this, it's beautiful from the first to the last minute and it's been a huge help. Thank you.

  Listening to this while in prison. 4 Years in a cell numb your brain so much that even the slightest sound of nature brings back so many memories and good times. <br>It´s relaxing, yes it is... But for me this sounds are like breathing life back into my soul. <br><br>Thank you for posting this video.
