hi trevor! thank you very much for making this video (and all others on your channel). as a neurodivergent person i find myself learning from your lived experiences and i am grateful you have decided to share so openly to be a guide for other autistic individuals. i wish you well, and definitely will be returning to your channel to learn more!

i rarely comment on videos here, but i wanted to leave something here. im a newly realised autistic person (on top on my og adhd diagnosis). im still trying to wrap my head around the two cats in my head, as i've tried to explain it as. (the adhd and autism.) your videos are extremely calming on top of being informative, and i often come back to your stuff when im feeling overwhelmed and dysregulated. you've got a lifelong fan in me, is what im tryna say. good luck in your future endeavors, and i only wish you the best. and the best of squishes with your squishies! hehe

You are so lucky for looking really good on camera. I unfortunately would wish being like you as ab autistic person but I look ugly and have long stops between sentences when I talk…

Trevor, my guy, I love your content. However, could you maybe change placement of your mic when you drink? It is extremely hard to continue the video with that so clear in my earbuds. Otherwise, great video and thank you for sharing

34:26 Thanks a lot for answering my question, that was very interesting. I wanted to ask you that because I noticed that music was one of your special interests, and I personally play the drums :) Actually, it really helps me regulating myself hen I feel overwhelmed or just really irritated about something and ruminating a social interaction or unfair situation. It feels like everytime you hit the instruments, you pull something out of your mind :)
This is actually a very, very satisfying feeling.
I also play the percussion, so all those melodic instruments like marimba, xylophone, vibraphone...
It's a different feeling from the drums when I play it but also very satisfying and resourcing for me.
So I was wondering if besides listening to music, you also found a regulating / resourcing feeling in playing any instrument like me.

Thanks again for your content !
