  The irony of them to be able to wait on records but the healthcare professionals were supposed to have all of Lindsay’s records on the days she visited them.

  I find it to be so sad and significant &nbsp;that at one point, this woman was at work, and saw her baby crying and crying on a monitor and her husband was not responding or tending to the baby or answering his phone - to the point that she felt it necessary to call for a wellness check. <br>No wonder she didnt feel comfortable going back to work after the third child was born. <br>Mothers in todays society have so many pressures. They are told they should work but at the same time, can be so concerned about the welfare of their babies when they aren&apos;t there to care for them or they have to hope that the father is actually taking care of the children if we are &nbsp;working to help provide in this complex and expensive economy. No wonder so many women are choosing not to have children anymore. <br>I am a mother of 3 and had awful mixed feelings going back to work, even though it was important i did, because our health insurance came from my employment. <br>I was lucky to have 12 weeks off for my postpartum period... but it was certainly not enough.

  ​Interesting that so many of the kids symptoms—stomach issues, vomiting, sore throats, and asthma —are classic signs of toxic mold exposure. Given the time of year (sealed house in mid winter) and where this happened (laundry or basement area), could hidden toxic mold have been an unexamined environmental factor? Mycotoxins paired with heavy meds and sleep deprivation can cause severe neuro inflammation and manic distress. Noticeably, when a person is removed from that toxic environment, their brain function and mental clarity temporarily improve.

  Why does the prosecution expect Lindsay to have gone around “chattering” about hearing voices? People with distressing or threatening hallucinations often hide them—out of shame, fear, or because the voices themselves demand secrecy... And being organized in some areas doesn’t rule out psychosis either. Someone can plan, complete tasks, and appear functional while still being profoundly out of touch with reality in other respects.

  I find it most interesting that they investigate her phone, as expected, but his phone and records are sealed as that was the only way he would agree to testify.

  Doing better I also as a mom consider her doing better by trying to get out and do things. I get it but clearly this lady doesn&apos;t seem to understand which makes me wonder if she has any children or experienced depression or anxiety.

  The Apple Watch/Phone questioning has a red flag… the expert witness described the data being recorded individually depending on what device is on your person, and duplicates the reading when both devices are on your person, when doing physical activities. He also mentioned he can modify the report to remove duplicate readings if necessary.<br><br>DA asks about 2 flights of stairs at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Is0QfkQZBA8&amp;t=338">5:38</a> reading for just the phone but the devices wouldn’t read like that… <br>The Clancy house basement and second floor stairwells were not immediately adjacent like a winding stairwell. There would have been two individual readings of the phone OR watch in motion recording either stairwell. They had to walk around the second story stairwell from the basement to get upstairs… that’s enough time to reset the stair climbing data, like the other readings. <br>Someone had the watch AND phone in motion at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Is0QfkQZBA8&amp;t=338">5:38</a>. Did the expert witness perjure himself on the stand? 🤔
