  Man, I really needed this one today. I'm not much for podcasts but when I see Trevor and Neal I KNOW the conversation is going to be really good, funny and thought provoking. Really recommend everyone to watch this one.

  The lady, Christiana, I presume, was truly spot on for when speaking about the entire actions-thoughts and how belief systems can impact politics and policies. Neal had some points later but it didn't truly capture the intensity of the real world impact of what she was talking about at all. But this was an amazing talk, I am so glad that Christiana could put her points forward with a more clear platform that enriched this talk a lot-lot more. Thank you.

  Psychologists are taught to have a UPR (unconditional positive regard) for their clients. As someone who was modelling my life after Dr House (i even had a cane for a while) and Dr Cox (from Scrubs), I have learned the benefits of this UPR for people. I see this general UPR in Trevor, and it is a gift IMHO. I think it's part of what makes Trevor very special.

  I was shocked to hear that you received such negative feedback from your interview with Mr. Coates. I was grateful to hear another perspective about the Israel/Gaza conflict and that Mr. Coates was allowed to express his thoughts/feelings without being silenced.  Thank you!

  I loved this conversation—it’s such a powerful reminder of the beauty in merging different cultures and races. Instead of focusing on our differences, we can find common ground that unites us. The truth is, our differences are what make the human experience so rich and fun! &nbsp;<br><br>I’ve discovered incredible community among people from vastly different backgrounds. The key, I believe, lies in how we come together and the space we create for connection. &nbsp;<br><br>My most vulnerable and authentic relationships with white people—and those from Asian and other cultures—have been formed during retreats where we focused on healing together. Those experiences have completely shifted my worldview and transformed my outlook on life. &nbsp;<br><br>When you stay open and detached from rigid opinions and preferences, your quality of life improves in ways you couldn’t imagine. Healing in community is where true growth begins.
