  Wait I’m so sorry for the 12 year old with the bipolar depressed mom, that life sounds exhausting<br>I fear for her nervous system and how the trauma from this will effect her mental health and body in the future<br>If you for some reason see this, I really hope when you are older and away from this household, that you look into how to release trauma from the body, for now please journal, get a diary, write down everything baby because all my health problems in life can be traced back to what I went through at your age<br>Wishing you the best♥️
