You gotta know if you attract an ex back, the crap that caused the breakup won’t go away… the woman is still the same. Most of the times, you miss the sex and connection and the power you had. Understand if she’s coming back to you, the dude she was gonna monkey branch to didn’t work out and you got her in a “transitional” period from deciding whether to see other people (scary, risk Vs reward) vs giving you another chance to jump thru the Olympic hoops to get her back (comfortable, familiar). If you do want her back, do it for you… because that stuff and mentality will make you more attractive in her eyes (workout, go out, have fun, travel, pictures with hotter girls than her, believe me she’s watching thru her friends). Either way, most of the time it’s not worth it. Learn from your mistakes, better yourself, switch to an abundance mindset and move on!! Most of the times things happen for a reason…BE A MAN!

Listened to your book 5-10 times after getting dumped. It wasn’t necessarily to get her back it was to find out what I was doing wrong. How do I fix this so it doesn’t happen again? Out of nowhere she came back. But now I’m wiser and more masculine because I’m not afraid. Not afraid to be a man which seemed to be the crux of my issue. So far so good. Thanks coach. You showed me the door and I was able to take it down and walk through.

Everyone’s situation is different. Don’t think you can’t go back to your ex, it’s possible and I believe it can be healthy, but you both have to grow apart first.
