Phases of the Moon for Kids | Science for Elementary Students

In this science and space lesson, kids learn about the phases of the moon, an important part of understanding how the moon changes over time. In this video, I introduce students to the phases of the moon and explain what they are and why they happen. Kids learn how the moon looks different in the sky as it orbits the Earth, and how sunlight causes the moon to appear to change shape. The lesson explains moon phases in a simple, kid-friendly way that helps students understand this exciting space concept. This lesson is designed for elementary students and is great for classrooms, homeschooling, and independent learning. It presents science and space concepts in a clear, age-appropriate way that supports learning about the Earth, moon, and sun. It’s perfect for elementary science lessons, space units, and learning about the phases of the moon for kids. 👉 Learn how to support videos like this one, and get Homeschool Pop tattoos!
