I was a cast member more than 20 years ago. I still can’t point without two fingers or an open hand.

I get a chuckle when people say to always "Go Right!" or "Go Left"! I've been going to Disneyland since 1956 and Disney World since 1991, and, in all that time I have learned... Unless you can see both lines and ACTUALLY SEE that one is shorter, it doesn't really matter. I go right out of habit, but, some days it doesn't matter which side you choose.

The pointing was how Walt used to point but he pointed with 2 fingers because he was a smoker and would point with the cigarette between his middle and pointer finger

CP alumni from 2002 and I still, to this day, point with two fingers.

I was never a CM, but I was a DL passholder for at least a decade, and I've taken Backstage Magic three times (and Steam Trains twice) on visits to WDW. Everything in this video is spot-on I've seen other passholders act as if having a pass entitled them to special treatment, completely oblivious to the simple fact that the pass itself, and any discounts attached to it, constitute all the special treatment they have any reason to expect.

At any rate, when I worked part time in an ice rink (including costume work) years ago, and now, spending my Saturdays docenting at a museum, I've always regarded Disney CM behavior as the gold standard to which I should aspire to emulate.

Rather amusingly, when visiting Disney parks (particularly DL and DCA, where I know where everything is), I've lost count of the number of times I've been mistaken for a CM (usually, but not always, by somebody looking for a restroom). I politely explain that I'm not a CM, and either answer the question (if I know the answer), or direct the fellow guest to the nearest CM, or sometimes both.

We found the short cuts years ago. We used to be by ourselves. No we see a few people going our way. BTW, the rest room by tomorrow land is usually empty if the restaurant is closed and very cool in the hottest of summer.

Can confirm about the Pecos Bill break room - I was told it is in the attic of the Tiki Room. You can’t hear the music much, just the occasional thunder. It’s nice

Most mk cast members costumes are actually not in the park it's like a few miles away from the park where the cast members have to park to get to the bus to get driven into work ... Plus we can take the costumes home and wash them 😊😊
