Long white noise - more than 10 hours, no ads in the middle of the video. Use it for sleeping, relaxation or focusing. There are also other kinds of noises available on my channel - they are both natural and artificial sounds. If you like this kind of gentle noises, I encourage you to subscribe to my channel so you can have the playlist full of interesting sounds close at hand. You may find some types of white noises pleasant, while not liking the others - it depends on one's needs and hearing's characteristics. If you didn't like other videos with noises, you should still try this over 10h white noise video as you may find it resonating with your individual needs. Your preferences are probably dependent on your current mood and your reason for listening to the noise. One track can be more suitable as a background during your working hours, while the other might be the perfect soporific sound to listen to while laying in bed. This 10 h white noise (actually it's more than 11 hours!) is a randomly synthesised, continuous sound that is subconsciously associated in our minds to a wide range of natural phenomena such as heavy rain, storm, blowing wind or ocean waves. Probably those subconscious associations are what let the white noise influence the human mind is such a powerful way. It can significantly calm your thoughts and that's what makes the sound super useful in a lot of activities. White noise is a well-known solution for issues with falling asleep. If you don't like laying in your bed in complete silence or you just can't sleep for whatever reason, this "noisy" video will make your time in bed much more pleasant and let you fall into a deep sleep faster. On the other hand this kind of sound can be associated with noises generated by some home devices, like a hairdryer or a vacuum cleaner. If those kinds of devices can make you sleepy or you just find it pleasant to listen to them, there is a high chance that white noise will make you feel comfortable as well. Except all the relaxation appliances, continuous, stable white noises lasting for 10 hours and longer can be utilized as an effective focus booster. On an everyday basis we live in an environment filled with background noises. Even though we don't pay much attention to them, the noise of the city or the office background sounds are a permanent part of our everyday environment. This is why you might find it hard to focus in your home in complete silence - it's a real challenge for a mind used to work with noise as the background. This video can be an effective substitute for the noise that accompanies you in your office, university or school. You can go even one step further and replace those background noises with this continuous, long white noise. When your coworkers, school mates or workers outside of the office make too much racket, go for this white noise as a nice, predictable replacement that will let you focus better. In this audiotrack the frequencies are adjusted to meet the psychoacoustic requirements of listeners: 1. The highest frequencies are deleted as they become too harsh and irritating when being listened to for too long. 2. So called pain frequencies are deleted as well for the very same reason - these are the frequencies that our ears are especially sensitive to. All the low and middle frequencies that are usually perceived as most pleasing are left untouched. Nevertheless, as I mentioned above, all the listeners have different needs, and that's why I will be continuously adding more white noise sounds so eventually everybody can find a sound perfectly matching their ears and mind :)
