This welder is extremely good. Have the same one. Just don't put it to 99 or you will puncture the cell. Literally, i've tried, and it started leaking. Another cool thing is that you don't need to have it plugged in, as long as the capacitors are charged, you can use it portable and it lasts quite a while. The right handle has a button, not a temp sensor. You can set it to manual and use that button to trigged the spot weld which i prefer.

You can't go wrong with the AwithZ spot welders, they're great, especially for the money..
I bought mine almost 2 years ago, and I bought the Glitter 801H - cost me about £245..
I'm happy enough with the Glitter, but..
* If I were to buy now, I'd definitely get an AwithZ one, they are great.

We have a review request on the best phone thermal camera P3. The 2026 Tom's Guide AI Awards winner — turns your phone into a thermal camera with a rare adjustable-focus lens, sharp from an 8mm PCB close to 80m out in the field, so nothing's ever out of range. Its 256×192 sensor (AI X³ upscaled to 512×384) is crisp enough to pinpoint an overheating component or a hidden short at a glance — so you finally see the fault instead of guessing it!

That is no data cable; the probe has a button for manual mode when selected.

It's a bit worrisome that the lead wire stresses (jumps) when you weld. You should check the internal assembly is everything is tightened correctly.
