Thank you for all your work and your videos on OTS. I plan to use ots this next spring. All my hives are 5 and 8 frame mediums. This fall I have 4 8 frame hives and 2 5 frame hives. Two of the 8 frame hives are 3 high and 2 are 2 high. Question: what would happen if I placed the queen below a double screen divider board on notch day then after 24 hours replace the double screen divider board with a queen excluder?

Hi there, I was just wondering if you split the former starter into let's say 2 or starter QR's do you keep those on your apiary? If you do so, all the flying bees will return to there home colony so that the 2. QR will loose all there flying bees.
