Price US$569 is not great, you can buy a 170 - 200m2 similar house here in parts of New Zealand for that kind of money, not exactly known to have cheap house prices, probably without the pool but finish will be better in general.

Nice to see videos like this again. These kinds of things are what feed the dreams of foreigners looking for a good life in Thailand. Unfortunately, if you believe everything you hear, the Thai government is doing everything it can to destroy this market. They say unless you are putting the house in a thai name (and the government says it has to be your wife because you aren’t allowed to loan a thai business partner the money to buy it), it seems your only other option is to lease it for 30 years. How are homes like this going to continue selling?
