I purchased the X2D in July with the idea of using the auxiliary extruder for supports and the active chamber heater allows for engineering filaments. Couldn’t be happier!

I am a Bob, so this video is very helpful. I think though I will go for the X2D due to the heated chamber. Lots of ideas I want to explore. Thank you from New Zealand.

I'm in the Bob camp as well. I was literally placing my order for the P2S when I looked at "1" more youtube video and heard a compelling argument for the X2D. Even though this will be my first 3d printer, for the extra features that I can grow into for $100.00 more seemed like a no brainer. Now comes the AMS issues that seem to be pretty widespread. It's rare that I hear of anyone having a good experience. I'm seriously considering holding off until Bambu Lab gets their act together.

I ordered the P2S to replace my P1S the day before the X2D was announced. I returned the P2S, new in the unopened box, and ordered the X2D a few days later. I'm very happy with my decision even though Bambu charged me $76.03 postage to return the P2S. I have about 70 hours on the X2D without a problem.

By introducing the Minions youve made this kind of entertaining compared to some "dry" reviews. Thanks :) Keep up the good work.

im kinda in-between 'bob' and 'stuart'. started with a monoprice mini almost 10 years ago but quit because of how much tinkering it needed. only got through half a roll of PLA. fast forward to today, i'm looking to get back into 3d printing and man the whole world of 3d printing has changed so much! really considering the x2d for my first serious printer 😊

I love your video the best I have seen and I would know cus I’m “Bob” have spent the last 2 weeks seen every single video on the X2D including this one and I already got my printer. I only disagree on one thing, there is no reason to by the P2S. I’m not gonna save the extra $100 for filament or accessories. The value in future proofing so you can grow into more complex prints without having to buy another machine later on, is a no brainer for anyone when it’s just an additional $100; not to mention the slicer will automatically tell you what nozzle to use for either efficiency or quality. Love the content you earned yourself a new subscriber.

Well, "Bob" can also consider the older P1S for a first printer since this is now very cheap since they need to get rid of the old stock. Here in the Netherlands a P1S costs €389,- or €559,- with the old AMS. And it's still a great printer to have.

Hi AD, nice video and I am Bob your 1st fictional charactor who has already watch 20 plus videos on these two printers... and will watch more when they come out, I can see how either of these two will be useful in my shed for making parts to fit my current restoration project and turn them in to patterns for casting parts that have long gone missing, so for me it is a no brainer, the X2D is the way to go in my opinion, however, be a little while before I buy one and looking forward to the day. I have subscribed to you channel as I enjoy the videos you put out and you give a very fair levelled approach, as for the price, well here in Australia they are going for AUD $1249.00 P2S Combo & $1349 X2D combo. Cheers
