You're a true lifesaver. I had allowed AT&T to install the fiber optic, and I asked for a speed of 2000 Mbps. I didn't realize it would affect older items, such as my laptop and two expensive televisions. My husband is a big football fanatic, and I had to do something. After trying many things, watching a ton of YouTube videos, and purchasing a Wi-Fi 7 stick in hopes of downloading this to my 5-year-old laptop (which is working perfectly fine), I stumbled upon your informative video, and voila, it did the trick. Now I'm just afraid to do the pending update on my laptop. However, thank you a million.

Thank you! I found out it was disable/enable adapter, something I never would have checked so I really appreciated this video!

I watched several videos before this one with no success. Resetting the entire network did the trick! I never thought I’d be able to get it going. Thank you so much! Rock on and rocker!!

Thank you so much!! Restarting the service worked for me. Also, I appreciate your explanation for showing the ping command to figure out where the issue could be, and not just a quick fix!
