My dad passed away unexpectedly at the age of 56. He was my best friend—always smiling and sharing great music. He always said that if anything ever happened to him, he wanted music to be played at his funeral.<br>On the way to the cemetery, beneath a gray sky, I played *Shine On You Crazy Diamond*. It was the saddest day of my life.<br>Today, I carry him in my heart. Every song reminds me of him. Music is eternal. 🌓

I graduated high school in 1990. This takes me back. Shortly after I went learning to fly but I wouldn't entirely call it a momentary lapse of reason.

Hace un año perdí a la mujer que me dió la vida...mi amada madre se fue y no alcancé a despedirme, es sin dudas el trago más amargo que he probado, aún la siento, la extraño cada día y la lloro.... conocí esta canción en 1987...y me enamoré de ella, ahora cobra otro sentido y la sigo amando...tal como amé a mi madre...
