  I’m a 60 year old African American. What Captain Traore and the rest of Burkina Faso is doing is the greatest thing I’ve had the opportunity to witness in my entire life.   Sankara didn&apos;t have the internet. Traore, through the internet, has created a solidarity in the youth of the WHOLE of Africa. I&apos;m Nigerian and Ibrahim Traore is my president.

  I am Chinese, these days I am watching a lot of videos about Burkina Faso, what president Traore is doing is what we did in the past 40 years, investing on agriculture, electricity, infrastructure, education, keeping people on the mind. I am proud of what China achieved and I am sure Burkina Faso will achieve in the near future! This makes me wish to be there and be part of it.

  As an African American political science major, I&apos;ve introduced my professor to President Ibrahim Traoré&apos;s noble work. There have been times when I&apos;ve mentioned President Traoré in my answers to questions that were asked during lecture so I plant seeds in other student&apos;s heads. I say this to say, amazing leaders are chosen by the higher power and their impact, influence, and political ideologies are recognized globally. This wise African brother is special, so I hope every country in Africa commits to protect this man at all costs because he can revitalize Africa and help Africa become the global powerhouse the higher power created it to be.

  I have a friend in Burkina Faso. He loves Ibrahim Traore and as a US citizen, I do too. It is time Africa is freed from the shackles of Neocolonialism by western powers. He has gotten so much good done, I&apos;m so impressed.
