"There is audio, but I don't have it" is effectively saying "we expected to be able to win just off the basis of the cop's testimony so we didn't bother to actually prepare properly". Lazy and shoddy at best, actively corrupt at worst.

They were also speeding in the neighborhood going over 42 miles without lights or the siren on. And based on the camera how could they identify him in the car, you can barely see in the car.
