This isn’t the first interview of this sort that Amanda has dealt with over the years. She was well schooled by Salvador Dali. The title of this is what the goal is, “enigma!”Salvador repeatedly said, never tell the truth. Andy Warhol did his fair share of playing with the press as well about his art and philosophy.

I enjoyed the documentary but it did make me feel uncomfortable the way it tried to out Amanda. Amanda seems quite savvy so likely expected that line of questioning. Whether trans or cis gender I imagine it would be quite painful to have how you identify questioned.

I see your point but Amanda still came out of it as the star that she is. She is too clever not to have known what she was getting into. Ultimately, the editing was all a bit rude to her, yes, but what comes out of it is how amazing she is

I haven't seen the documentary but... <br>I am undoubtedly sure that Amanda after all these decades of success in every level she has chosen wouldn't have any difficulty to face and shutdown any time and anyone who would try to corner her. <br>She's not just someone who played and lost... <br>She has walked on fashion shows as a woman and as Amanda Lear. <br>She had mesmerized the crowds with her appearance in discos and shows as a singer and as a hostess... <br>She was honored by the French Academy of literature with the knight title... <br>She has millions of sold albums and sensational appearances in movies. <br>She's a great theatrical actress with successful comedy plays which everybody loved to enjoy. <br>Years long contracts in her own t.v talk shows in Italy. <br>She has worked with David Bowie... <br>She walked for Yve Saint Laurent Paco Rabanne Gauthier Mygler.... <br>There are so many names and works they are connected with her experience in life that I will need to much space to write them here. <br>Salvador Dali Andy Warhol Brian Ferry Mary Quant... <br>Come on.... <br>Who can fight her? <br>She's on the stage and infront the camera more than 60 years and she still slays... ❗<br>She takes the breath away...

I’ve been a fan of Amanda Lear and her music since I first heard 'Blood & Honey' back in 1977 on the radio. At that time, I had no idea what she looked like, and the first thought that popped into my head was that the song was sung by a guy with the name Amanda, kinda like Alice Cooper.
