This is the path explored by Dr. Jean-Jacques Charbonier through hypnosis and recent discoveries in epigenetics. 🧠 Dr. Jean-Jacques Charbonier is a former anesthesiologist and intensive care physician with 40 years of experience in the operating room. For years, he has been interested in the workings of consciousness, drawing in particular on the study of near-death experiences. He developed the AID (Access to the Invisible at Home) protocol, a series of hypnosis modules followed by many people, and distinguishes what he calls "cerebral analytical consciousness," connected to our five senses, from "extraneuronal intuitive consciousness," which he believes is the origin of our extrasensory perceptions. 🌍 Transgenerational and epigenetic phenomena are generating increasing interest. Recent work shows that the expression of our genes (their activation or suppression, via mechanisms such as methylation) can be influenced by the environment and the stress we experience, including that of previous generations. 👉 In this video, Jean-Jacques Charbonier discusses these discoveries with Florent and presents a new hypnosis module focused on transgenerational phenomena. ⚠️ On the agenda for this discussion: The concepts of epigenetics and transgenerational transmission: the notion of "on/off" genes, and the studies cited by Jean-Jacques Charbonier (notably research on mice in 2014 and 2024, followed by a 2025 study conducted on several generations of Syrian families). The idea that we carry memories, fears, or patterns inherited from our ancestors, and the possibility, according to him, of "breaking the chain" to avoid passing them on to our descendants. The question of "hidden gifts": his hypothesis that certain aptitudes may lie dormant within us, illustrated by several testimonials from people who have participated in his sessions. His concept of extraneuronal intuitive consciousness and the role that, according to him, near-death experiences play in it. Frequently asked questions about hypnosis: common fears (loss of control, fear of "getting stuck") and why, according to him, they are unfounded. Presentation of the 7th module of the AID protocol, dedicated to transgenerational issues. 🛑 Note: the experiences mentioned in this video are based on personal accounts. Dr. Charbonier himself specifies that his approach is not a recognized medical therapy and in no way replaces medical advice or treatment. In case of health problems, always consult a healthcare professional. ———————————— ⏱️ CHAPTERS: 00:00 Introduction and guest presentation 01:30 Initial testimonials from people who have followed the protocol 04:30 Extraneuronal intuitive consciousness explained 06:30 Transgenerational and epigenetics 08:00 "On/off" genes: studies cited (mice, Syrian families) 15:00 Carrying the memories of one's ancestors and "breaking the chain" 19:00 Pierre's testimony and his fear of mountains 24:00 "Positive inheritances" and hidden gifts 30:00 Is hypnosis risky?
