  Such a culture shock watching from india. These teachers are the friendliest mentors. The way the speak about their students speaks volumes about how much they truly love their students and want them to succeed. Moreover, they don't view themselves as authority figures, and genuinely try their best to build a relationship with their students. It's so beautiful, every teacher should learn from this!

  Idk I think it is nice to give people like Malaka a chance to prove herself and step up as head girl, but I know personally as a student who always respects the teachers, behaves constantly, always in lessons, achieving high grades through sheer hard work and determination, and basically just a model student, I always feel frustrated when I am overlooked for things like head girl to let the misbehaving students ‘have a chance’. I do think behaviour and overall conduct should determine who gets to be head girl, but Joshua is a perfect example of how teachers only notice the misbehaving students.

  As usual the teachers&apos; total dedication to, and utter fascination with, the loudest students who cause the most disruption, and supporting those students as much as possible at the expense of everyone else, shines through.

  Can I just said as a British girl my head teacher you never saw her unless your behaviour was so bad so this is probably an act
