I'm wondering if the leg wasn't broken from being thrown out from a car. What I'll never ever understand is why take the time to travel and dump them and not just take them to a shelter? I have such contempt for anyone who treats animals this way. Like babies, they can't defend themselves nor feed themselves so they basically gave those two puppies a death sentence. Thank you for picking them up and providing such excellent care. It renews my faith that there are caring people left in this world.
