Nice conversation. It feels like a timely interview...through experience of the most extreme violence defending his country, he's learned how to avoid it and manage anger in civilian life, at a time when plenty of people in modern society seem to be getting increasingly more angry at everything, online and on the streets, even if in many cases they have good reason to be. Ant Middleton, I salute you, sir.

The comments about identity rang deeply with me. As a person who was adopted I struggled with identity so much. Had a very detrimental effect on me as I grew older. Identity is the cornerstone of the building blocks that make you, you.

I believe the copper learned a very valid lesson that evening, beware who you pick on or square up to, I too have learned this lesson at a very young age. It took me a few goes but I learned in the end
