  Remember the old policy Steve, if you fix the problem, it's charged at your regular rate.  If the customer helps, it's double your regular rate!  Great video Steve!

  It was probably the nozzle or that head being loose.<br>Your right about the nozzles. You do get a bad one or temperamental one. Specially with a burner running kerosene. Never cared much for Carlin or Riello burners. They try to be so different. You can go anywhere and get Beckett parts.

  I thought it was the nozzle to begin with.<br>Bad nozzle or it was too big. <br>Can’t trust it when the customer states he changed something. <br>That’s the first thing I’d redo.
