  In Baku 2017, Bottas was actually one lap behind the whole group, and still finished 2nd.

  The FW14-b wasn&apos;t a ground effect car. Ground effect was banned in 1982. The active suspension caused a pseudo ground effect by keeping the ride height stable. It was a flat bottom F1 car with no venturi tunnels.

This time not fighting for a podium, at the very last lap, on the final straight at Montreal, Lance beats Bottas to the line by thousandths of a second.

  1998-2013 cars were just peak. More nimble, good aero, relatively cheap, pure V10 and V8 ICE. If only anyone at the FIA had a brain...
