I don't want to speak for the entire community but it doesn't matter to me if you make a catch, your enthusiasm and love for what you do keeps bringing me back

I'm 77 years old and love your shows. You are possibly the happiest person enjoying life more than anyone I have ever seen. You are perfectly happy in your own skin, who you are, and where you are. If I were a young man, I would do exactly as you are doing. May your joy in nature sustain through your journey.

My son is 7 and absolutely loves watching your videos. He checks every night for a new "mountain video" he got a bullet lure for Christmas and has been asking non stop to use it. I took him out this weekend fishing and tied it on for him. He caught 5 fish with it all on his own. He was so excited, I appreciate your videos and your wholesome respect for nature and all it provides. Thank you

Forgot to say to always use breathable bags or baskets so once you pick the mushrooms you can help spread the spores around. yes they still are dropping spores after they are picked so help them out!

Hi Leif! I caught a 16-inch wild rainbow trout in a small stream last week and took it home. Thanks to watching your episodes, i learned how to clean and cook the trout on my own as a 13-year old boy! Keep up the good work and Fish on!!

10:23 The reason your reel felt weird is that it is spooled for right hand retrieve. When the reel sits on the rod the fly line should come out the bottom side of the reel. In your case if you flip it around so the knob is on the right it’ll feel more natural.

Most reels are able to switch the reel to left hand retrieve to ensure the fly line comes out as expected and the reel drags as expected.

Missed your videos! After losing everything in Ukraine during the war, your videos gave energy to go outside and fish here in Canada! Thanks my friend and waiting for next video! Keep going 🙏
