  A girl from my engineering batch who was not even my friend tried to trap me and some of my friends in a pyramid scheme. We knew she was from a poor family and to show support for her new job attended the seminar. There were a bunch of people around mid twenties trying to get us to work for them. It was weird and we weren&apos;t sold on the idea. Later she got my number from one of my friend and convinced me to meet her sounding desperate. She tried to get my house address but i &nbsp;told her to meet me at a nearby park. She came there with her boss without informing me and literally tried to jam the job opportunity down my throat. I nearly lost my patience after 45 mins of listening to their chatter and got out by the skin of my teeth. Good thing i have &nbsp;a thick face but really the pressure they put on me like i personally owed them money. Lol. I blocked the girl on the way home.

  Today I joined a same meeting, one of my sister&apos;s friend does this MLM thing, and tried to convince me for the same, even after asking for several times they did not tell me what exactly the work will be, were yapping only about lavish life style, that unfortunately no one is going to achieve. This is a total scam and please stay away from stuff like this. I think there should be a full fledged ban on these things.

  My friend was trapped in this MLM during our JEE preparation. Company name was Ebiz . Later the company was banned by Hyderabad police and owners company are now in jail. So thank you harsh and lakshya bhaiya for exposing this fraudsters.

  i feel people already know what they&apos;re getting into. But because of the self-centered nature of our society &amp; country, they don&apos;t hesitate to scam others as long as they&apos;re getting money.
