  That dosa food cart guy is one smart business man too - he is making good income just sticking to a simple way - no staff, no overhead, besides some licensing fees.<br><br>He’s probably taking home $20K a month or more. And he doesn’t even work every single day. &nbsp;Smart.

  Indian food in NYC! That&apos;s how it began for me, my love for Indian cuisine and I learned to cook it. NYC has a lot to offer in diverse foods, and Indian is a good one.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HiBaUkATSBM&amp;t=2130">35:30</a> as a kashmiri, let me tell u this , this is not a kashmiri dum aloo, this is punjabized version of this , they cook everything in butter and cream. Authentic kashmiri dumaloo is cooked in oil.

  Loved this video! You should try Bangladeshi food next. Try Kacchi biryani, beef bhuna, chicken roast, fuchka, chotpoti and mishti doi. Would LOVE to see your reaction!
