The Testaments is actually based on Margaret Atwood’s book. If you want to read it, you can grab it here 👉🏼 https://amzn.to/4wMN7wO

Not all of the pearl girls are fertile, which is very evident in last week’s episode. They are simply young women who decided to come to Gilead. Most of them will become Martha’s or aunts. Aunt Lydia even said that it’s really rare for a pearl girl to become a plum.

You said the authors imagination was wild. Margaret Atwood did not write anything in her books that has not happened to women already. It's not imagination!
