First self-preparation of Tortan Talong. From the past comments I remembered that eggplant can be cut into two parts. There is no oven in the village, so it was cooked again in the pot. It's really delicious! It's not like I've tried before from eggplants!

Cute self, cute vlog🥰 It’s amazing how you just get yourself the vegetables you need to cook from the backyard. You made the tortang talong better by adding the shredded carrots👍Actually, instead of boiling, you could have grilled the eggplant too like the sausages. Have a great time, Dasha❣🙏🕊🙌

Looks delicious! You can also slice the raw eggplant crosswise about 1/4 inch, dip in beaten egg mixture and pan fry.
