  honestly for calling freddi fish shovelwhare you guys should "apologize" by making a video dedicated to the freddi fish games, you guys have missed out! those games are brimming with personality, the creators were passionate about the project for sure

  The Ocarina of Time fire temple song wasn't changed due to public backlash. The build date of the 1.2 version is actually before the original release of the game, so they were preemptively changing the music before anyone could have played it and complained.

  At <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hdf0f4fl97g&amp;t=1455">24:15</a> (approx), I keep hearing &quot;cockroaches&quot; when I know I should be hearing &quot;cartridges.&quot; The visual of returning cockroaches and having them replaced by new cockroaches makes me chuckle.

  I didn&apos;t even play Humongous Games games growing up and even I was jumpscared by them calling them shovelware, so many people remember those games very fondly.

  Correction, Other M takes place sometime after Super Metroid, as it opens with an HD recreation of the end of Super Metroid&apos;s scene, where the baby Metroid sacrificed itself to save Samus. That HD recreation of the scene, gave Samus showing more emotions and attachment to the baby Metroid. She literally cries angry tears while driven to get revenge on Mother Brain. It makes her more than a blank slate. As much as many Metroid fans prefer her cold and driven to kill as part of her mission, you have to remember Samus is human. Human with Chozo genes in her body, but still human. Plus, you have to remember she has PTSD, she&apos;s the last survivor of her home planet that was destroyed by Ridley and the Space Pirates. It&apos;s part of Samus&apos;s backstory. <br><br>Her fights against Ridley throughout the series has weight because she&apos;s trying to kill the one responsible for the death of her home planet and everyone on it. Someone who seems to keep returning after each time she kills him. And, about Samus&apos;s unusual reaction to Ridley, you have to remember those with PTSD can only fight back against the cause of that traumatic event so much till they break. Is Samus perfectly portrayed in Other M? Absolutely not. Does it make some sense with her past? Absolutely. You kinda have to dig through Samus&apos;s backstory though to understand why she acts the way she does there, something the games never do for you. <br><br>One good thing I can say about Other M&apos;s incredibly poor writing though, we finally learn how Adam died, as Samus in Metroid Fusion confirmed of his death. Fusion never told us how he died, but the highly hated Other M gave us that info. My reason for quitting Other M was not the writing though. I quit because I got to the point where I was so lost on where to go I ceased playing it.<br><br>On the topic of Metroid though, I like how in Metroid Dread you can hear her speak the language of the Chozo. Nice touch, instead of making the Chozo speak English all the time so that the player knows what&apos;s being said
