  For a love letter to Ace Combat, Project Wingman managed to at least did one thing: Convinced Namco&apos;s Project Aces to allow players to load more than 1 special weapons.<br>Feature confirmed for AC8.

  Not mentioned: Mercenary difficulty. Which alters missions. For example, did you think that big ol&apos; furball was really chaotic and had a ton of planes? Double that and play the Macross intro. And that&apos;s every mission.

  That ending is absolutely chilling. The apocalypse happens, but you&apos;ll still get your money. Brutally cynical.<br><br>It&apos;s also likely telling that as good as this is, I imagine Project ACES took some notes to really step it up for 8.

  Crimson-1 is an inverted Pixy. Pixy has morals and beliefs, and thus chooses to fight for them. Crimson doesn’t have those, any “beliefs” he had were just a cover for his ego. Zero was an honorable duel between honest pilots, while kings was basically a knife fight between a gun-for-hire and a street crackhead. I know the story for AC Zero decently enough, but I’m going to play it when it releases with AC8.
