i personally think flutters ability should go to Coal, she is cannonically a toon designed to carry christmas gifts around and every toon would be able to fit on her back. Imagine flutter trying to carry Coal, it wouldnt be possible and it would require coal not being allowed to be carried wich would be stupid or coal's model just T-posing on top of flutter since there isnt anyway to properly fit her in there

I kinda like these except for Scraps. I think Goob's and Scrap's abilities are what they are supposed to be by design. I honestly don't even think her ability is that bad to be reworked, since it also works like Vee's passive ability, but weaker. If I had to change her ability tho, I would make it so she can grapple onto any walls.

Furthermore, what you did with her stats is that you just literally turned her into a second Bassie. I think simply moving one star from stamina to stealth would be enough and it could be good for her extracting capabilities. Stealthy extractors are pretty rare in this game.

Flutter's ability rework lowkey remembers me to "Peel out" a sonic ability in outcome memories 💜😍

even when silly, we gotta think about the toon's purpous, mostly speaking about poppy here, she is a starter and she should be able to teach new players a skill, same way boxten focuses 100% on teaching extraction and that machines are really important and to do them, poppy should also teach something, i feel like just turning her passive into an active ability could be nice, as it could teach new players when and how to use their abilities at the right times and not to just use them whenever

(as an example, use her ability's speedboost when being spotted by a twisted, or when low on stamina to try and get away instead of using it at the start of a floor, or as a quick sprint whenever as she could get into trouble after that if done without previous thinking)

Nerf for Connie: if there were twisteds chasing a Toon, they still get on for 3 seconds before they realize the Toon is missing.
