  Honestly, if you kept the parody idea of new 52 Lobo, where every time he recounts his tragic backstory he kills the princess in a different way thatd be a REALLY funny running gag. Each time just gets even goofier like &quot;Oh i pushed her too hard and her neck did a 180&quot;

  When I heard the explanation of &quot;Classic Lobo is a parody of Edgy 90&apos;s characters, and New 52 Lobo is a parody of Tumblr Edward Cullen types&quot; it absolutely clicked. I can totally see the vision, but I&apos;m still not crazy about the execution.

  Here&apos;s a question: Why did they have feel the need to have the first storyline of &quot;The Lobo you knew all this time was an imposter, here&apos;s the real imposter&quot;?<br>This was the New 52. A REBOOT. WHY HAVE THE ORIGINAL LOBO EVEN EXIST!?

  I would have loved it if it turned out every time he cut off a finger or a limb, it grew into another lobo who adheres to some stupid trope and remembers his backstory a little differently.

  What gets me is if regular Lobo told the slaves to get back in the cage no one would think anything of it. Just &quot;Ah right, Lobo is not a good person, almost forgot.&quot; <br><br>But you spend all this time with Pretty-Boy Lobo about his tragic backstory, and all his angst that makes any early 00&apos;s anime boy jealous and it&apos;s just like &quot;Man, this guy sucks.&quot;

  God I love when my space fantasy is comprised of exotic alines such as Blue human with esoteric markings, grey human with esoteric markings, green human with esoteric markings and of course red human with esoteric markings. I’m glad this is not live action, nothing in the real world would be able to imitate this pinnacle of art

  You know, DC could have probably used the new 52 design as a Bizarro World Lobo. called Obol or Bolo and have him be a parody of late 2000s to early 2010s melodramatic twunk &nbsp;protagonists, have him also be Lobo&apos;s Teenage sidekick for a few issues before Lobo kills him.

  52Bo also appears in a page of issue 1 of the new Lobo ongoing when Lobo recaps his life for new readers and when he talks about 52Bo he says and I quote &quot;Then there was this whole situation that i&apos;m still unsure how to describe, so we&apos;ll just gloss over that few minutes of my history&quot; pretty similar to how Earth-1610B Peter Parker recaps his life and talks about the Bully Maguire dance in the opening of Spider-Verse
