  The sadest, which ended up being on of the best, was when Liam thought he&apos;d teach Noel a lesson and fake having a sore throat for the MTV Unplugged. It gave Noel the chance to take his songs back and sing them with the heart they were written with

  The worst was when Liam came to Lollapalooza Chile some years ago and he didn&apos;t like the sound of the mic, and just left. He didn&apos;t even sang one song.

  Liam was pissed at the crowd for being disrespectful, Noel didn’t stand up for him. Noel wrote the songs, Liam just sang them. They needed each other to get to this point. This reunion is going to be what puts them in the rock hall of fame

  I’ve been getting into Oasis over the last year and have diving into videos like this to learn more. My understanding of this time was that Liam’s voice wasn’t what it was 15 years prior, so Noel starting picking up the slack over the years on vocals. This obviously would lead to a lot of resentment from Liam now that his brother was playing guitar AND singing. My interpretation of that infamous shot of Liam glaring at Noel is that Liam is coming to a realization, whether true or not, that he’s not needed in the band because Noel is doing everything he does and more, with far less media antics surrounding him. This is a very real vulnerable moment between two brothers caught on camera as their relationship implodes in front of everyone. It’s very sad to see but I’m so glad their back together for the time being.

  I think he didn’t wanna leave the band but lost control over Liam’s behavior and to save the bands legacy he left

  I really dont blame noel &nbsp;for calling it a day back in 09.imagine working with someone like liam in those days.he seems to have got humble big time since thankfully.
