Our food it´s simple, nothing extravagant like other countries but its good food, taste good and thats all that matters. Good to see you enjoyed your stay Mike and the food aswell, come back another time and try caribbean food, picadillos (chayote, arracache and more) and chifrijo.

We are ticos and when we have visitors from the USA or Europe, Mercado Central is a great place to tour and teach about costarican foods.
