¿Por qué estudiar TEOLOGÍA si eres LAICO? | Nicolás Álvarez de las Asturias | Rebeldes Podcast #35

Can the existence of God be proven through reason? Are faith and science incompatible? Why does the Catholic religion claim to be the true faith? In this episode of the second season of Rebeldes Podcast, Father Ignacio Amorós and Friar Marcos speak with Don Nicolás Álvarez de las Asturias, rector of the San Dámaso Ecclesiastical University, a Doctor of Canon Law, and a graduate in Theology and Church History. Through a warm and insightful conversation, we address life's big questions, the weariness and frustration of young people in today's society, the true meaning of freedom, and why forming and integrating faith and reason is essential for every Christian (not just priests!). In this video you will discover: Don Nicolás's vocational journey and personal path. How to respond rationally to the existence of God. Faith and Science: enemies or complements? The map of theology and how to start studying it from scratch (even online!). The difference between the human search for God and Revelation. Essential book recommendations to cultivate your spiritual and intellectual life. Timestamps: 00:00 – Introduction and highlights 01:10 – Welcome and presentation of Fr.
