이경미, 김시경 작가 아티스트 토크 #1 | 삶이 예술이 되는 순간, '웨이백 홈'

"A Silicon Valley engineer whose dream was to quit his job decided to become an artist in front of his wife's paintings." 10 years in the U.S., 7 years in Germany, and back to Korea. At #PyeongchangDongilBeonji, we heard the story of artist couple Lee Kyung-mi and Kim Si-kyung, who spent 27 years searching for utopia. 📌 Pyeongchang DongilBeonji Opening Exhibition 《Way Back Home – The Way Back to Me》 Artist Lee Kyung-mi describes herself as "a blade of grass." For 27 years, she has painted not for grand art, but to protect the trivial things that are disappearing. Her husband, Kim Si-kyung, a former engineer, started by applying gesso by her side, eventually becoming an artist who tells his own story.
