The Nue summoned by Sukuna has a tail shaped like a serpent’s head. Later, when more shikigami like Round Deer and Tiger Funeral are added to Nue Totality, it results in the merged beast Agito. Naobito was a Grade 1 sorcerer not a Special Grade. There were only 3 Special Grades at that time. Gojo, Tsuki and Yuta.
The original Rika has passed on. The new "Rika" is an empty husk that became Yuta's shikigami. It mirrors the original curse Rika's personality and abilities but has only a small fraction of her power.
