I've been playing this video every night for my infant son to help him get to sleep. Studies show it's an amazing benefit to their nervous system and cognitive development. It really works. I've tried baby music and the new age sleep sounds etc. Nothing beats the traditional, historic timelessness of classical music.

The only way I can sleep during this time in my life is by having this play softly for me all night. Do I feel like a baby? Yes. Do I also sleep through the night now? Also yes.
