  For all the irritations that get blamed on eBay, I had a surprising &quot;win&quot; - an order of books were lost in the mail. &nbsp;After no movement on USPS tracking for weeks, I went on line and filed a missing item report. &nbsp;The buyer, of course, wanted a refund, which he had requested. &nbsp;Today I got this message from eBay, &quot; &nbsp;We&apos;ve reviewed your case and have decided to issue the buyer a refund of $22.50 without any impact to you.<br>This case is now closed. You are not required to reimburse the buyer or eBay, and this case will not be counted in your seller performance evaluation.&quot; &nbsp;I am thrilled, happy, relieved, surprised... &nbsp;I had to tell someone, so chose you - you seem to stick up for eBay when others get very negative, so thought I&apos;d give you another example of a positive. &nbsp;BTW, I&apos;ve watched your educational videos for years - Thank you!

  I really appreciate the total listing values now showing up in Flipwise!! At the beginning of March I set a goal to list daily, but to hit $1,500k in list value per week.Bumped up to $2k in May and this feature is extremely helptful! I figure if I list $2k per week, I will sell close to $2k per week. 50% margin = $1k/week in net profit. A $50k/year side hustle can do some things in life!<br><br>Love the content!!

  Honestly when it comes to ebay pricing, I don’t find it to hard or complicated. We all price things too high and too low, think as long as you are running sales and sending offers. Most of us have pretty massive margins compared to most businesses. As a canadian seller, If i want to be competitive to the US I will have to price lower because my shipping costs are higher. I usually accepts offers. Not being connected to inventory is probably the most piece. Getting things gone. Anyways. Love the videos and just my opinion!

  I’m new to your channel and new to trying my hand at full time reselling,(I’ve sold things here and there for a few years, but just recently in April began really giving it my all!) anyway I’m so grateful to have found your channel for all the great advice you give and the time you take to help us other resellers. But I have to say, I also am loving the kindness you show… like talking about helping people get a better price for a knee brace etc, then also for just keeping things out of the landfill and lastly today on your video to lifting up another person who is not feeling well. I just want to say thank you so much for all you do:)

  About 5 times or so over the past couple years selling on eBay, I too, have experienced the phenomenon where someone messages about an item and it seems to bump the item up in the algorithm, and the item sells quicker right after someone messages about it. Very interesting!

  Hey Scott- &nbsp;I&apos;m a fan of &quot;Sell Similar&quot; and agree with your analysis that old items get sold quickly once they are back on top! &nbsp;Note that &quot;Relist Item&quot; now works like sell similar, that is that you get a brand new listing with a new number (it used to be the same listing number) but the benefit of this over &quot;Sell Similar&quot; is that it removes the items from &quot;Unsold / Ended&quot;, where the last step for me with &quot;Sell Similar&quot; is deleting the old listings. &nbsp;I think a lot of folks out of stocks is because they did a &quot;Sell Similar&quot; without knowing the old listing is still there in unsold, then relisting it at a later date. &nbsp; <br><br>I do the &quot;Sell Similar / Relist&quot; on a regular basis. I have over 8000 listings and put 100 listings a day through this process on Friday / Saturday / Sunday for the weekend traffic. &nbsp;I do not see a slow down right now, but I do notice that most of my recent sales are from previous customers so my &quot;Followers&quot; are carrying me! &nbsp;Part of my strategy to build up my Followers. &nbsp;Best to you! &nbsp; Turtle Tom

  Justin, I started reselling in November. Sold just over $2K in November, and tracking for about $1.5K in December. &nbsp;I have had that exact thing happen twice, where I deny a lowball offer, and then it sells that same day, and I figure it&apos;s just the same person, but nope! Someone else. &nbsp;Has to be something with the system!

  I know it wasn&apos;t the case with your toilet seat, but I discovered that eBay alerts other interested parties when a potential buyer makes an offer on an item. I&apos;ve had someone make me an offer and then someone else swoop up the item at full price minutes later several times. I didn&apos;t realize eBay did this until I watched another person&apos;s item and received an alert telling me that someone else just put an offer in for it. I think this is pretty cool since it kind of mimics sniping at the end of live auctions.

  My big problem is a lot of my older listings I priced according to the market a long time ago when I was really cranking out daily sales. Now that ebay is not what it used to be for me, I am going through all my oldest listing and lowering prices, finding mistakes and bringing stuff more up to date. Hopefully, &nbsp;that makes a difference
