  Nigerians won&apos;t learn from the past, who has Dangote helped? What is his track record of ever helping the poor? Who has ever benefited immensely from Dangote shares in the past? If the shares are oversubscribed as everyone is rushing for it as lowest as N525 naira per share and N5,250 naira at the minimum stake of ten shares, a small money people can ignored if it fails, who smiles more to the bank? how did he intend to pay the dividend to the rest of the subscribers? From where will he get the money to pay them? These are the pertinent questions that needs answers. It&apos;s better to establish a business paying you than to wait for dividend that you may never see till you die.
