  Managed to get to Tenerife twice last year and we always stay at the Beverley hills just up from the Hoops bar. Didn’t have the kids with us so just a chill out break

  Always loved Forres - used to visit friends whose house adjoined the park ... quick loup over the wall. Moray coast is lovely (used to live down Speyside). Anyway, nice video on Tenerife.

  Ah I know that very hilly walk in Torviscas only too well. <br>My wife, Daughter and I went late September last year back to the old Apartments (Regency) my parents once had as a timeshare back in the day, very close to where you were walking. <br>I am also glad you went to the Capital Santa Cruz. Such a brilliant and stark change of scenery. I haven&apos;t yet seen your other videos yet but I hope you went and seen the cannon that blew off Lord Nelsons arm there.<br>Oh and I love the Loch Ness. &nbsp;Cheap and cheerful.

  Wow, over £4400 for a “budget” stay in Tenerife 😳 you definitely could’ve had better accommodation on a package holiday. &nbsp;Great video. Quite the eye opener.

  Wow ! It we go self catering I always get bread, cold meat, cheese &amp; yoghurt from the supermarket. The occasional lunch if can be bothered to leave the pool 😊 But eat out at night.

  I agree, if you drink soft drinks or water, it does add an extra £600 to the holiday

  Great vlog enjoyed watching it we’ve just had 11 days in Costa del Silencio, ten minutes from Tenerife south airport, Ryanair flights from Liverpool were £540, booked in march, our accommodation was amazing one bedroom apartment was £645, a pool which we were the only ones there some days, was very Spanish, restaurants were very reasonable prices could not fault it. A couple of English bars and some Dutch restaurants and bars. Booked again for next year. 😊look forward to seeing Italy it’s on our bucket list😊

  We(2) spent £4500 for 28 days last November..flights , accommodation, food some cheap eats some expensive restaurants + alcohol + car hire for 1 week

  Great video! 😃<br><br>I think because Tenerife has an equatorial climate, February is actually high season. The cheapest time to visit is the shoulder season of April / May. July/August is one high season because it&apos;s summer for mainland Europe, and December, Jan and Feb is their second high season as Brits and other northern Europeans book the Canaries to get away from the biting cold and gloom of winter back home. 🙈😎😃<br><br>That said, Tenerife is getting more expensive all the time. <br><br>I travelled solo to Tenerife in May last year, 4-star hotel, in Las Americas, half board (breakfast and dinner), Jet2 package with flights and transfers - £950 for a week.<br><br>Great price. This year, exactly the same trip was £1200. £250 more just one year later. I didn&apos;t book it, will try again next year. <br><br>Half board helps cut food bill. 7 breakfasts and 7 dinners out would be £200 even if I were being sensible. I budget about £500 a week solo if there&apos;s no food at the hotel, but can get by on about £300 if it&apos;s just drinks and the odd snack.<br><br>I don&apos;t think your food and drink bill of £1800 for three of you for 2 weeks was too bad. The £2000 on very basic accommodation was the real killer. For that, I want a nice hotel definitely! Haha! 😇🙏
