The remarkable thing about Guangwu is he doesn't seem to have enacted those bloody purges like in the western Han

the speed of the dictation is so slow, i had to watch it at 1.5x

and the title of the video is misleading, liu xiu chose 3k men from a rescue force of 20k, it is as though the balance 17k + inhabitants of kunyang didn't contribute to the battle at all

Some did suggest that the emperor Wang Mang was a time traveller whom tried to push for socialism and land reform, evidence such as that he build modern styled toliets, had his wife wearing short skirt and silk stockings and so on.

The meteor strike sounds similar to that of the 1908 Siberian Tsunguska event where there was an atmospheric explosion of a meteor that literally leveled hundreds of square miles or the more recent 2013 Chelyabinsk incident, except for the second impact which may have been either a more dense meteor core or a second meteor?

Most miraculous...? IMHO was the 7th-century Chinese diplomat Wang Xuance in Tang Dynasty. One person loan batch of army almost destroyed an entire Indian Kingdom out of retaliation...
