So is no one gonna talk about how the first three were Mary, Anne, and Charlotte, and now the previous was Mary, the current is Anne, and the future (likely) is Charlotte?

"The son that Prince Philip wanted"<br>Lol, poor Charles. Princess Anne is quite an impressive woman. To be able to balance all those public appearances for a year, that would have taken a toll on her health. May she live a long life like her mother, the late Queen.

I met Princess Anne once. The museum in my local town had had a massive refurbishment and the Spitfire Exhibit was like the main focus. Princess Anne came to reopen the museum and the Spitfire Exhibit. One high school (ages 11 to 16) and one primary school (ages 5 to 11) got to be there at the re-opening and my primary school was the one invited. 2 students from each school got to go up and shake Princess Anne's hand and I was one of the students chosen for my school so I got to meet her and say hello and shake her hand. My mind was blown when that happened. I was like 8 at the time. I remember Princess Anne had a really warm energy about her and the outfit she was wearing matched my school's colour.

My Mum was a mad keen supporter of the Royal Family. She always said that Princess Anne would have made a fantastic Monarch but she was shelved by 3 worthless brothers.

My mom met Princess Anne when she was in the military back in the 80's. Said she damn near sh!t herself when HRH looked her in the eye, as apparently she's quite intimidating in person, absolutely radiated majesty and authority. We both agree it's a pity she's not gonna be queen next!

I like how the first 4 Princesses to have this title, had the names: Mary, Anne, Charlotte and Victoria. This is funny because the former's name was also Mary; the current's name is Anne; the next most likely to have it is Princess Charlotte of Cambridge. It would be so incredibly reassuring if Prince George of Cambridge names his daughter Victoria one day, followed by another Louise to top it all in the next 100 years haha.

Princess Anne is a very influential Royal. She had her father's traits and her mother's looks. She participated in the 1976 Olympic Games and succeeded. Thanks Lindsay :)

Princess Anne is so classy and dignified, and she doesn't take any crap! It's a shame she'll never be Queen -- I bet she would have been a great Anne II.

I love Princess Anne! She is beautiful, intelligent and comports herself so well. She would have made an excellent queen. I love how she never gave a damn about the press. They roasted her for it, but damn, the woman has a strong backbone!

Princess Anne gets annoyed by the smell of paint because everywhere she visits does a new paint job the day before

TBH,I truly feel the current Princess Royal is the pick of the bunch!Anne has done(& continues to do) more for charity than ANY of them.I've met her twice, once when I was a volunteer for Riding for the Disabled(which she is worldwide patron & generous supporter of) and again when I was working with Doctors Without Borders in her role as(again) worldwide patron of.She always took time out of her hectic schedule to talk to both the workers and the patients/clients no matter what the communication difficulties were,be it a matter of language or communication with some of our more 'disabled'(ie non-verbal) kids at RDA.Kind and compassionate lady who has my complete respect.Long may she live and may every blessing be hers.
