The account in the British Museum is known as The Account of 637'. It describes a murdering warlord with no mention of a prophet or a new religion. Thomas the Presbyter also records the name Mohammad also as a warlord, but no mention of a propbet or new religion. He also gets his history wrong in a way that suggests a later interpolation. They are both attestation that mhmd did exist as a name at that time, but neither are evidence of a new religion or a prophet.

The story could have gone to Europe from bin Nawfal or by Jews sometime during the 23yrs of Prophets life?

It's worth asking why so many people go to such lengths to find even the thinnest thread of evidence that Islam wasn't invented from small fragments – well after the incidents supposedly happened. That question alone is worth thinking through.
Take the name "Mohammed" itself: it doesn't turn up in any record until roughly 60 years after his supposed death. Any argument for earlier references rests entirely on the assumption that similar-sounding names must refer to him — like Muʿāwiya, who is agreed to have existed on the record, but whose name is phonetically different.
Any objectively minded person, one not already committed to believing, has to notice the size of that gap. What's genuinely depressing is seeing Westerners, those not brought up within Islamic reasoning, manage to talk themselves into this. Its as if some people don't believe in the value of truth as a concept, itself

The comparison with Isaiah is wrong. The verb in Hebrew means to call to, to proclaim and not to read.
