My brother is a developer. When I showed him our Edveros numbers — build cost, timeline, yield — he was quiet for a while. Then he asked for the contact details. He's now on his second project.

We paid for a third-party snagging inspection of our Edveros at handover. Zero defects. The inspector told us it was the first time in his career he'd issued a nil-defect report.

We asked 'what's the catch' before signing. Edveros gave us a list of things to consider: lead time, the need for suitable land, the international delivery logistics. All real considerations. All manageable. No hidden catch.

Our Edveros is two years old. Our neighbours' traditionally built home, started the same week we signed our contract, is still under construction. They've asked us a lot of questions lately.

En caso de temporal y lluvias fuertes como estamos viendo últimamente.. este tipo de container tiene anclajes fuertes al suelo. Porque veo que solo está apoyado, sobre las base. Me encanta lo que hacen es espectacular. Gran trabajo. Y el final es increíble 💎

Three years owning an Edveros. Things I've had to fix: one drainage seal, one smart home connectivity issue resolved remotely, one light switch replaced under warranty. Things I'd have had to fix by now in a traditional build: I prefer not to imagine.
